Our commitment to community and local small business starts from where we source our franks. Our all beef hot dogs and german sausages are made from high quality northwest raised beef produced and sourced from Spokane, WA. Not a carnivore? That’s okay too. We offer vegan franks and sausages that are made from the Seattle-based Field Roast Grain Meat Co.

Fresh Local Ingredients

We are fortunate enough to live in a state that seats one of the biggest agricultural markets in the nation. This means, whether we are sourcing from the vineyards on Red Mountain to make red-wine mustard, or pickling fresh picked peppers from the Pasco Farmers Market for a relish, we have the opportunity to use the freshest ingredients in the condiments and sauces that we make and serve to you.

Stepping out of the Box

We proudly serve classic hot dogs and sausages, but we would be doing an injustice to our culinary chops if we didn’t strive to create new delicious hot dog pairings. We’ve developed new favorites like the award-winning Green Machine that features handmade asparagus slaw, shaved parmesan and crispy pancetta, and the Bacon Maple doggie featuring our own bacon chutney, maple cream cheese and fresh arugula that we grow in our own garden.

 

PRIVATE EVENTS & CATERING

Make Plans that rock

We care about making your event special. We can bring the Doggie Style Gourmet mobile cart (or a winter friendly, indoor setup) to any location or event, including graduation parties, weddings and late-night wedding snacks, business lunches, birthdays, family picnics and more. The base charge to have us at your event is $400.00 (plus applicable sales tax). Andrew and Tanner are both professionally trained chefs with the dream of bringing great-tasting, fresh, and locally sourced food options to their hometown in Tri-Cities, WA. Their love for their local community extends beyond preparing gourmet hot dogs. They are passionate about creating community partnerships, community development, and supporting other local marketplaces, businesses, and charities.
